Welcome Office FVG

Welcome Office FVG, jointly developed by the scientific and academic institutions of Friuli Venezia Giulia, aims at offering a wide range of helpful services and useful information about the arrival and stay in the Region through its website and two infopoints in Trieste and Udine. It addresses mobile students and researchers coming from all over the world.

The services provided by Welcome Office are personalised and targeted around students and researchers needs. In particular are provided updated information about Entry and Residence procedures, Formalities to be completed once in Italy, Health coverage, Living, Social life and leisure, Events and Opportunities. Furthermore are available specific documents, requests to be filled in, dossiers and EU documentation on researchers mobility.

The Udine info point targeted to mobile students and researchers coming from all over the world is now open in Via Palladio, 2. There a qualified multilingual staff is vailable and at students and researchers disposal for any information about entry procedure, formalities to be completed, accommodation, leisure and have access to related documents.
